Lighter roasts finish not long after first crack, so they keep the most of what the coffee brought with it: the altitude, the variety, the processing. Expect brighter acidity, a lighter body and fruit-forward flavor. This is where to start if you drink your coffee black or want to taste where it came from. Right now the lightest we sell is Summer's Costa Rica, a medium-light, washed Tarrazú coffee with pineapple, blackberry and toasted almond. Every coffee here is specialty grade and roasted to order.
