Dark Roast

Dark roasts trade bright acidity for heavier body and roast flavors like cocoa, molasses and caramel. They stand up to cream and sugar and make a forgiving espresso. And no, they don't have more caffeine. This collection runs from two medium-darks, Nemo's Bali, which keeps some orange peel and juniper, and Stubby's Boston Cowboy Blend, our best seller, to Chopper's Zero-Dark Espresso, the darkest we do.
