Medium Roast

Medium roasts take the coffee far enough to turn its sugars into caramel and chocolate, but not so far that the roast covers what the coffee tastes like. For a lot of coffees, it's the sweetest point. They work black, with milk, in a drip machine or a pour-over. This collection includes our Colombia Single Origin, Lucca's Peru Decaf and Cairo's Breakfast Blend. Every coffee here is specialty grade and roasted to order.
